Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping Information 

Our flat shipping rates make it easy for you. Standard Shipping and handling to the 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto is $10.00 for orders up to $99.99. Mystica Adventures pays for shipping and handling on all orders over $100.00. This means you save more when you buy $100.00 or more, because the shipping and handling is on us! Mystical Adventures will send you an email confirming your order. Our orders are shipped within 3 days. We do not back-order merchandise. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will give you the choice of credit or a refund on the item we are unable to get at such time that you placed your order. Refunds are in the form of payment received. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other international destination, APO’s, FPO’s or P.O. Boxes at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Purchases (U.S. Funds Only) 

Payment can be transacted either via Credit Card; MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, Cashier’s Cheques, Western Union or U.S. Money Order and PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to use PayPal. All orders require payment in full, in advance. All merchandise ordered is payable in U.S. funds only. Remember all orders will be held until proper payment is received. Any business or personal check will have a 5 -7 day process time, and any check return will incur a $25.00 processing fee.  

Place An Order On Line To place an order on line, go to check out. Fill out the order form and choose the type of payment you prefer. If you choose PayPal please be sure you come back our site to finish placing the order. There is a button at the PayPal site that you need to click on to return to our site. However if you wish to order by mail please follow the Printable Order Form Instructions.

Items Damaged In Shipping If the products are damaged by UPS please notify us immediately, no later than 10 days by email at customerservice@mysticaladventures.com or call customer service Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. mountain time at 505-799-4529 so we can process the claim with UPS. Please save all packing material and damaged items for 10 business days from the time of claim for UPS Inspection. Products will be replaced when possible, if not a refund will be issued in the form of payment received. 

Return Policy We offer a full guarantee of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the products along with the reason for return within 30 days of purchase. We offer your choice of like or equal value merchandise exchange or a refund. We will also refund your shipping cost. Returned products must be packed securely or a refund / exchange will not be issued. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Products may not be returned if more than 25% of the product has been used. Once we receive the product and an exchange or refund is issued we will include the shipping you incurred in returning the product.
